It is true that it is necessary for a person to take 8 hours of sleep, only then his metabolism will be strong.
Along with sleeping for 8 hours, movement is also important
Dr. JK Mitra tells that any adult must take 6 to 8 hours of sleep. This is enough. If you do not sleep properly then a confusion-like situation will arise in your mind and negative hormones will be produced. Due to which you will not feel like doing any work. There will always be a sleep-like state and laziness in the body. Due to this, you will not be able to do your work with full focus and in future, it can invite many serious diseases like hypertension.
Apart from this, if there is a matter of standing for five hours a day, then do not stand at one place. Rather, you can divide these 5 hours into small pieces. For example, after walking for an hour, in between work, I walked home for 10-15 minutes. If you are talking on the phone, you can walk and talk. This way you can spend 5 hours. However, standing at one place for more than an hour is also harmful.

Dr. JK Mitra told that in today’s busy lifestyle, people do office work and sit at one place for 9 hours, which is quite dangerous, because sitting at one place will not burn calories and fat will burn in your liver. Will be deposited with. Like there may be a problem of fatty liver. Research has suggested sitting for 6 hours, but sitting does not mean that you remain sitting continuously for 6 hours. If you are sitting for an hour then take a break of 5 to 10 minutes.

At the same time, body movement is also very important. 5 hours of movement means that you can do exercise like jogging, walking or pranayam during the day. By doing this your body will remain healthy. Also, you will get relief from the problem of heart disease or overthinking.
