Benefits of 12-14 hour gap

1. Metabolism will be boosted-According to Kanika Malhotra, a longer gap will boost the metabolism in your body. This will reduce the dependency on glucose, which will reduce the risk of diabetes. It will also curb obesity.

2. Heart Health-According to Kanika Malhotra, if you keep a gap of 13 hours between breakfast and dinner, then it will also improve cardiovascular health. This will keep your heart strong and reduce the risk of heart-related diseases.

3. Strengthens digestion-Keeping a longer gap will give enough time for the digestion of food in the stomach. Due to this, your digestive power will be strong and there will be no problem of gas and acidity. Also, the intake of nutrients will be more.

4. Improves sleep-A long gap between breakfast and dinner will help you sleep peacefully at night. This will improve the quality of sleep. There will be no fatigue and weakness after waking up in the morning.
