Ingredients to make Veg Fried Rice
2 cups basmati rice, soaked for 20 minutes
water as required
salt to taste
1 teaspoon oil
1 inch ginger, chopped
2-3 chopped garlic cloves
1 medium carrot, chopped
2 star anise
¼ cup boiled sweet corn
1 cup cabbage
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
½ tsp vinegar
beans, chopped
salt to taste
½ tsp sugar
Fried Rice Recipe
method of making
-First of all, to cook rice, soak 2 cups of rice.
-After this, boil the rice and cook it but keep in mind that cook it in such a way that it does not get wet.
-After this, take a pan and add 4 spoons of oil in it.
-Add garlic, onion and jakraphool in it.
-Add green chillies and other chopped vegetables into it.
-Add turmeric, Dhamnia chilli and red chilli powder.
-Add a little salt and cover everything well and cook.
-Then add rice to it.
-Fry lightly and then add light soy sauce and vinegar to it.
-Cover everything while stirring and this way your fried rice is ready.
