According to Google Support, you can now read, respond to, and even search your Gmail messages on mail.google.com even when you’re not connected to the Internet. Google says that to improve Gmail Offline, it is necessary to bookmark the link in Chrome. If you’re using Gmail with your work or college account, you can ask your administrator to change the settings.
How to use Gmail Offline, according to Google
First of all, you must have Chrome on your laptop or computer. Keep in mind that Gmail can be used offline only in the Chrome browser window. This will not work in Incognito mode. After that go to Gmail Offline Settings or else https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#settings/offline Click on Now Check on Enable Offline mail option You can choose the settings here like how many days you want to sync messages after that click on Save Changes
To use Gmail offline, the Gmail portal has to be bookmarked. For this, open the link and click on the Star sign appearing on the right side in the address bar. After this you will be asked to bookmark that link and then click on Done. By doing this you will be able to easily access Gmail Inbox through Chrome anytime.
Google says that when you send an email offline, it goes to a new Outbox folder and then it will automatically go back when you’re back online.

Step 1: Remove your Offline Data
Open Google Chrome on your computer, click on More on the top right and then go to Settings. Now click on Advanced at the bottom, in Privacy and security option, click on Cookies, after Content Settings, click on See all cookies and site data and click on Remove all tap
