A shocking case has come to light from Siddharthnagar district of Uttar Pradesh, where married lover-girlfriends escaped leaving their families. Not only this, both of them ran away and also shared pictures of their marriage on social media, causing a stir in the village.
Mother of 5 children, absconding with father of 4 children
The whole matter is of Maharia village in Siddharthnagar, where Gita, a mother of five children and Gopal, the father of four children, drowned in love with each other that he left his children, spouse and family.
About a week ago, both escaped from their house. The first family members felt that Geeta had gone angry and went to her maternal home, but when her wedding photos were posted on Gopal’s Facebook account on 5 April, everyone’s senses flew away.
“I now want only jewelry and money, not wife” – Srichandra
When the villagers showed these pictures to Geeta’s husband Srichandra and Gopal’s wife, both were shocked. Srichandra used to raise the family by selling Vada Pav in Mumbai and recently returned to the village for wages.

At the same time, Gopal’s wife is a cleaning worker in the hospital and feeds her children. He said that Gopal was not even paying home expenses for the last few months.

SHO Anuj Singh of Siddharthnagar Police Station said that “the matter is in our cognizance, but no written complaint has been received from any party so far. Action will be taken as per the law on receiving the complaint.”

This incident is not just a love affair, but a story of escaping from social responsibilities. Two people left the childhood of 9 children incomplete for their love.
