In Kannauj district of Uttar Pradesh, the son of a farmer has received income tax notice to pay tax of more than Rs 3 crore. He is very upset after receiving the notice. According to the information received, the young man somehow drives himself and his family by driving a car. But after receiving notice from the Income Tax Department, he suffered a setback. He reached the Income Tax Office with the top officials of the district but got only assurance there. After this incident, the victim and her entire family are forced to live under the shadow of fear and terror.
This entire case is of Chimbram area. Avanendra Kumar, a resident of Hathin village in Chibramau, lives with his father and three brothers. Avanendra’s father Ramlal is a farmer and Avanendra drives a vehicle outside. He stays out of the house for several months and is barely able to maintain his family. The victim Avanendra said that on 24 March 2025, a notice was received by the Income Tax Department to pay a tax of Rs 3 crore 68 lakh 3 thousand 619 at his house. Seeing the notice, he and his family were shocked.

Avanendra said that a few years ago he received a notice of Rs 75 lakh from the Income Tax Department. When the notice again came, Avanendra met the DM-SP and explained his problem. After which Avanendra reached the Income Tax Department, where he told the officials the whole matter, after which the officials investigated. Investigation revealed that he was connected to a large firm in Delhi and Gurugram using his PAN card. In such a situation, Avanendra is now fearing to be a victim of a big conspiracy.
