ICC Rankings: Yashasvi Jaiswal makes a huge jump

ICC T20 Rankings Update: The T20 series being played between India and Sri Lanka is over. India has whitewashed Sri Lanka. Meanwhile, the new T20 rankings have also been released by the ICC. Suryakumar Yadav has benefited from this, but he again missed out on becoming number one. India’s own opening batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal has benefited tremendously. He has overtaken Pakistan’s Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan.

Australia’s Travis Head is number one batsman in ICC T20 rankings, Suryakumar Yadav is second

In the new T20 rankings released by the ICC, Australia’s opening batsman Travis Head is the number one batsman. His rating is currently 844. Meanwhile, if we talk about India’s Suryakumar Yadav, he has batted well against Sri Lanka in the last three matches, which has benefited him in the rating, despite this he is still at number two. Earlier, Suryakumar Yadav’s rating was 797 and he was jointly at number two with England’s Phil Salt. Now his rating has increased to 805. But still he is at number two. However, now the difference in the rating between the first and second position has reduced. On the other hand, if we talk about Phil Salt, he has gone to number 3 with the loss of one position. His rating is 797.

Yashasvi Jaiswal surpassed Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan

Meanwhile, Yashasvi Jaiswal of India has done wonders. His rating is now 757. He has now managed to reach number 4. He has left behind Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan of Pakistan. Jaiswal has gained two places. Babar Azam’s rating is 755 and he has moved to number 5 with the loss of one place. Mohammad Rizwan has also lost one place. He has slipped to number 6 with a rating of 746.

Ruturaj Gaikwad also remains in the top 10

There has not been much change in the ratings after this. England’s Jos Buttler is at number 7 with a rating of 716, India’s Ruturaj Gaikwad is at number 8 with a rating of 664 and West Indies’ Brandon King is at number 9 with a rating of 656. West Indies’ Johnson Charles has managed to retain his place at number 10 with a rating of 655. That is, there has not been much change here, because these players have not played any T20 International match during this period.
