20 countries will continue to help Ukraine
Blinken pointed to security agreements signed by the US and more than 20 other allies at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) summit in Washington this month. These allies include NATO partners, Japan and the European Union. He said, “Will we turn away from that. I think it’s possible, but the good news is that there are about 20 countries that are willing to help.” Blinken said Ukraine is on its way to becoming able to “stand on its own feet” militarily, economically and democratically.
