Washing the face with a decoction of its leaves gives a different glow to the skin. Wrinkles also reduce. If there is a problem of pimples then it also reduces them.
When to eat guava?
According to the doctor, guava has a cooling effect. Therefore, it should be consumed in the afternoon. Consuming guava before or 2 hours after meals is considered very beneficial. At the same time, it should not be consumed at night and daily in the morning and evening. You can also boil its leaves and make a decoction and drink it. Additionally, chewing its leaves with teeth reduces bad breath, mouth ulcers and bleeding gums.
