- 100 grams cheese

How to make mixed veg?
First of all, put cabbage, peas and beans in a big vessel, add water to it and keep it to boil. Now chop the remaining vegetables capsicum, mushroom, cheese and carrot. Now finely chop half of one onion and cut the other half into large pieces. Now turn on the gas and keep the pan on the gas. Pour oil in a pan and add 2 cloves, cinnamon stick, 1 bay leaf and 1 cardamom. Now add half finely chopped onion. Now remove the vegetables that were kept for boiling from the gas and take them out of the water. When the onion turns light golden, add capsicum, mushrooms, cheese, cabbage, peas and beans and carrots.

Now cover the pan with a lid and keep it aside. Now chop 2 tomatoes and put them in the grinder, add 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon dry coriander and 1 teaspoon garam masala. Now add 100 grams curd and a pinch of turmeric to it. Now grind all these together finely. Now stir the vegetable well once again, when the vegetable is lightly cooked then add these spices to it. Now add salt to the vegetable as per your taste. Keep the vegetable covered for 5 minutes and then turn off the gas. Your mixed veg is ready. Add finely chopped coriander to it and after mixing, serve. Serve the vegetable with hot roti.
