Method of making Aloo Puri: How to make Aloo Puri

  • Step 1: To make Aloo Puri, first of all add 1 cup semolina in 1 cup hot water and mix them well. Mix the mixture well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

  • Step 2: After the stipulated time, add 2 mashed boiled potatoes, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, half teaspoon red chili powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, half teaspoon ajwain and salt as per taste to this mixture.
