Every person consumes less water during the day due to which there is water deficiency in the body.
Water shortage is an important problem

To avoid all this, it was advised to consume as much water as possible and advised to consume as much juicy fruits, cantaloupe juice, buttermilk etc. as possible so that water deficiency in the body can be avoided.
