Some foods have allergies, which can also cause this. People who eat more salt and chillies also get Prickly Heat. Therefore, do not give your children too much spicy food. Eating more salt increases the salt concentration. Which causes such rashes. In this way, this problem can also be caused by green and red chillies.
This recipe will cure heat rash
Dr. Siraj Siddiqui explains that to get rid of heat rash, first cut the bitter gourd into small pieces and then wash some jamun seeds and some neem leaves and boil them in a little water for half an hour. After this, mix half a teaspoon of this solution in half a cup of water and give it to your children. By adopting this recipe two to three times a day, you will get relief from this problem in a few days. Bitter gourd is rich in antibiotic and antiviral properties, while neem leaves have antibacterial properties.
