Bring the thigh to the stomach and press it well. Now touch your beard with your right knee. When you take a deep breath, hold your knees tightly with your hands. If you hold the knee properly with your hand, you will feel a slight pressure on the chest, which is normal. Now exhale and loosen the knees. Now do the entire process like this with the left leg.

Butterfly pose is a yoga asana that promotes mental stability and peace. To do this, first sit on a mat. With inner peace, spread the legs forward and bend the knees.
