First step- To make Sprouts Cheela, first of all you have to take one cup sprouted grains, one cup gram flour, half cup finely chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves in a bowl.

Second step- Now add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt in the same bowl.

Third step- After this, you have to add some water to this bowl and mix all these things well and prepare a thick paste.

Fourth step- Now put some oil in a pan and then spread this paste on the hot pan.

Fifth step- When the cheela becomes golden from one side, you have to turn it over and cook it from the other side as well.

Now you can serve this cheela hot. You can eat sprouts cheela with chutney or curd. Believe me, this cheela can prove to be a perfect option to make breakfast healthy.
