Using cannabis can cause symptoms like loss of appetite, sleep, weight loss, increased irritability, aggression, restlessness and anger. In such a situation, avoid drinking thandai mixed with bhang on the day of Holi.

Dr. Shobha Gupta Said that in some people, consumption of cannabis leads to serious consequences of heart disease due to changes in heart rate and blood pressure. Apart from having a chronic effect on the brain, it can also cause addiction like a drug. Cannabis can have adverse effects in utero and may lead to disturbances in brain development.
Its effect is much greater in young people than in adults. The chemical compounds of cannabis affect the eyes, ears, skin and stomach. Along with this, Dr. Shobha Gupta tells that pregnant women should also stay away from chemical colors of Holi. If you still want to play Holi, then try to play Holi with herbal colors only. If you want, you can prepare herbal colors at home. Chemical colors can harm you as well as your child.
Other side effects of cannabis consumption
· After consuming cannabis, the same person may experience pleasant or unpleasant effects according to his state of mind or circumstances.
· When used by students, they feel difficulty in concentrating during studies.
Consuming cannabis during work increases the chances of daydreaming, which can affect work performance.
· Regular use of cannabis can double the risk of having a psychotic episode or schizophrenia.
· Drinking too much Bhang Mila Thandai on the day of Holi can cause symptoms like loss of appetite, difficulty in sleeping, weight loss, irritability, restlessness and increased anger.
Consumption of cannabis can also cause nervousness, excessive anxiety, vomiting and desire to eat more.
