Ranchi. These days monsoon is active in the whole country. Along with this, the number of viral fever and cough-cold patients is also increasing. Because, people often get wet in the rain and then become victims of diseases due to carelessness. But, there are some remedies in Ayurveda that can protect you from seasonal diseases. For this, whenever you get wet in the rain, then after coming home, definitely adopt this panacea remedy.
Ayurvedic expert Dr. VK Pandey (BAMS from Vinoba Bhave University and Medical Officer in Jharkhand Government) from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, told Local 18 that often people get wet during the rainy season and later have to face fever and cold and cough. Sometimes the health becomes worse. But, if you just reduce your intake after coming home, your health will not deteriorate.
If you come back wet, first of all…
Dr. VK Pandey said that after getting wet, first of all you should take a bath when you come home. Many times only hands-feet or a little clothes of the people get wet. They ignore it, but if you get even a little wet, then go home and take a bath. Because, if you get even a little wet, then the body temperature changes and this becomes the main reason for fever or cold-cough. By taking a bath, the temperature of the whole body becomes the same.
consume turmeric milk
He further said that after taking a bath, you can drink hot turmeric milk. This works like a panacea. If you do these two things immediately after coming back from outside after getting wet, then you will not suffer from cold, cough and fever. Apart from this, rub hot mustard oil on the soles of your feet and apply it on the nails. This is also a great remedy.
