Kadai Paneer Recipe

If there is something special at home or if you want to eat something special on some day, then paneer ki sabzi is prepared. In most of the houses matar paneer is prepared, but the taste of kadahi paneer is different. If you want, you can prepare kadahi paneer like the restaurants at home. Children will also like the taste of kadahi paneer. Kadahi paneer can be eaten with puri, parantha or roti. If you prepare and eat kadahi paneer once with our recipe, you will prepare it again and again. Know the easy recipe of making kadahi paneer.

Easy Recipe To Make Kadahi Paneer:

First step- First of all, wash 2 medium onions and 1 large capsicum and cut them into thick square pieces. Now remove all the layers of the onion and separate them.

Second step- Now prepare the masala for the vegetable. Take 2 large tomatoes, 1 small onion, 10 thick cloves of garlic, 1 inch piece of ginger and 10 cashews and put them in the mixer and prepare a fine paste.

Third step- Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and capsicum and fry lightly. If you want, fry these things lightly in 1 teaspoon of oil and then make a paste after everything cools down.

Fourth step- Cut the paneer into thick square or triangle shapes. Now add oil as per your requirement to fry the masala in the pan and add some whole spices to it. You can lightly crush the whole spices or add them whole.

Fifth step- Now add the grinded onion and tomato masala in oil and fry it well. When the masala starts leaving oil, add the remaining butter to it. Now add the dry spices like red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and cumin powder.

Sixth step- When the masala is fried well, add 1 cup of milk to it. Keep stirring the masala continuously and then add paneer and fried capsicum and onion to it.

Seventh step- Mix everything well and cook the vegetable on medium flame for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander, long chopped green chillies and some long rings of ginger. Garnish the Kadai Paneer with fresh cream.
