Because in summer there is always a risk of problems like dehydration, heat stroke, sunburn. Dr. Mayank Tiwari, posted at Kothi CSC, told Local 18 that the most important problem during summer is the sun’s rays. Because during summer, when the sun’s heat increases, there is a lack of moisture in nature. In such a situation, moisture from our body also starts drying up. We should decide for ourselves a diet plan which has more water content.
what to take in diet
During hot days, we have to consume excessive amounts of fruits in our diet. Especially those fruits which have high water content like watermelon, sweet lime, orange, coconut water should be consumed in large quantities. Apart from these, things like green vegetables, mint, lemon, cucumber should be included in the diet plan.
Is it healthy to eat fruits or drink juice?
Juice is made from fruit juice only, hence juice has the same nutrition as fruits. But, phytonutrients are found in fruit juices, which are good for health. The fibers present in fruits are very beneficial for the stomach. Fiber is not available by making juice, so if possible, consume fruits instead of juice.
