Easy Poha Idli recipe

Poha – 1 cup, Rava – 1/2 cup, Curd – 1 cup, Salt – according to taste, half teaspoon cumin, half teaspoon mustard, chilli flakes, oregano
Method of making Poha Idli: (How to make Poha Idli)
First step: To make tasty Poha Idli, first take Poha and soak it in water. After that take half a cup of Rava in a bowl and add 1 cup of curd to it and mix them well. Filter the water of Poha and mash it well and then add it to the curd and rava mixture. Now mix these ingredients well. Keep in mind that the Poha mixture absorbs the curd properly. Now grind them very finely in a mixer jar with 1 cup of water.
Second step: Now take out this mixture in a bowl. The batter should be very smooth. Now add salt to this mixture as per taste. Now cover this batter and keep it aside for half an hour. After the stipulated time, mix the batter well again.
Third step: Now take an idli cooker or steamer and grease the plate. Pour the idli batter in it and cook for 15 minutes. When the idli is ready, take it out and shift it to a plate.
Fourth step: Now temper 1 teaspoon ghee with 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds and pour this tempering on the idli. Also sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano. Now the delicious idli is ready for dinner. Serve it with chutney and sambar.
