Ayurvedic doctor has told the right way to use raisins and figs, due to which the heart will remain completely healthy and every person will remain away from heart related problems in every season.
Ayurvedic physician Dr. Raghavendra Chaudhary said that the risk of heart related problems increases during the winter season. Thickening of blood and weakening of heart veins and people not doing regular exercise start to surround the heart from all sides. Due to which people suffer from heart related diseases and even life is in danger, but by using the mixture of raisins and figs you can keep yourself healthy.
How to keep heart healthy
Dr. Raghavendra Chaudhary told that soak two figs with 15 raisins at night and consume it regularly in the morning on an empty stomach. After using this, do not consume anything else for about 1 hour. Due to which the nerves of your heart will become stronger and the heart will remain completely healthy. Use fruits and coarse grains in large quantities.

Dr. Raghavendra Chaudhary told that to keep the heart healthy, use minimum salt and use less things that increase cholesterol and keep checking the heart from time to time.
