Mask Ingredients for Damaged Hair:
1/2 cup aloe vera gel (fresh or store-bought), 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Aloe vera nourishes your hair from the roots, which reduces the problem of frizz and prevents them from breaking. Coconut and olive oil hydrate and condition your hair, which gives strength to the hair from the roots. At the same time, the use of honey brings natural shine to the hair and helps in maintaining the moisture of the hair. Using apple cider vinegar maintains the pH balance of your scalp.
Recipe for making mask for damaged hair:
Take a bowl and add half a cup of aloe vera gel in it. After that add 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. Mix all these ingredients well. Your hair mask is ready. Apply it well from the roots of your hair to the hair. Leave the mask on your hair for 30 minutes to an hour. After the stipulated time, wash the hair with cold water. After water, wash the hair with mild shampoo and condition as usual. Use this mask once or twice a week for best results.
Lightly massage your scalp before applying the mask, this will increase blood circulation and reduce hair loss. Regular use will lead to stronger, softer and more beautiful hair over time. Leave the mask on for a longer period of time (2-3 hours or overnight) for maximum benefits.
