There was an uproar in the District Secretariat campus after the vision meeting in Khairthal on Monday. In fact, Kotkasim Pradhan Vinod Kumari Sangwan, outside the collector office on the first floor of the secretariat, beat up BDO Sanjay Yadav of Mandawar, who was taking charge as ACEO.
At that time, other officers and leaders including SP were present in the Collector office. Hearing the noise, District Magistrate Balbir Chillar intervened and stopped the minister. After the incident, DSP Rajendra Singh Nirvana took ACEO Sanjay Yadav in his car.
On February 19, Kotkasim Pradhan Vinod Kumari Sangwan had sent a complaint letter to the Panchayat Raj Minister, stating that Sanjay Yadav had posted two employees of the Panchayat Samiti in his office during the restricted period under the work order. After this, when the minister went to the Zilla Parishad, he tried to talk to the clerk Sanjay Yadav sitting in the district president’s office on mobile and ask for information about the case, then the ACEO used abuses for the woman minister.
Additional Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Khairthal-Tijara, Sanjay Kumar Yadav has filed a case at Khairthal police station. According to the complaint, at 11:40 am on Monday, when he was leaving the collector office, Kotakasim chief Vinod Kumari Sagwan attacked him publicly. The officer alleged that the minister suddenly came and threw slippers and threatened him. The matter increased so much that the staff and officer present there ran to intervene.
ACEO Complaint
ACEO Sanjay Yadav has filed a case of assault, threat and obstructing government work against the minister at Khairthal police station. He alleged that the minister threw slippers at him and threatened to kill him. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
