In Kotputli, the general public locked in the district collectorate, district administration remained imprisoned for two and a half hours, know the matter

The Kotputli tour of the state administrative head CS Sudhanshu Pant on Tuesday reinforced the 1984 mass movement incidents. Whereas after the independence of the country, perhaps for the first time the district administration had to remain in public custody for about two and a half hours. After the high voltage drama that lasted for about three hours, the matter was resolved after the district collector Kalpana Aggarwal regretted it.

What was the matter?
Chief Secretary Pant visited the newly formed Kotputli-Baharod district on Tuesday. CS Pant took a meeting of district level officers at the District Magistrate’s Office at Sarai Mohalla of the city and discussed various issues and gave directions. Actually, CS Pant’s visit had been a topic of discussion in the area for the last few days. Due to this, the common people have started reaching the District Collector Office to meet Chief Secretary Pant and give applications related to various problems here. In view of the visit of the Chief Secretary, the preparations for the police administration were also complete.

The police was keeping an eye on both the roads leading to the District Collector Office. Meanwhile, when the district collector office reached the District Collector office to demand a dharna to demand rehabilitation due to UltraTech cement mining under the leadership of Radheshyam Shuklawas, the rural convenor of the nearby village Jodhpura, the police stopped them on the way. Later Radheshyam Shuklawas along with some protesters reached the Collectorate campus to submit a memorandum to the Chief Secretary.

At the same time, the villagers opposing the sewage treatment plant in Chaturbhuj also reached the District Collector Office to hand over the memorandum to the Chief Secretary. Apart from this, a delegation of lawyers met the chief advocate of the association and demanded the DJ court. Former chairman and Block Congress President Prakash Chand Saini, Congress leader Ramnivas Yadav, former councilor Hanuman Saini, Sarpanch representative Jagmal Yadav etc. also reached the District Collector Office under the leadership of Uday Singh Tanwar. Those who were seated separately in a room by the administration.

On the other hand, CS Pant left with a meeting of district level officials. On the other hand, the complainant sat in the room waiting for CS Pant. As soon as I received information that the Chief Secretary had gone. Similarly, all the above complainants were angry. Accusing the district administration of keeping them in darkness and not allowing them to meet the Chief Secretary, they gathered at the main gate of the District Collector Office and started protests. The protests soon turned into a dharna and angry people started shouting slogans.

Meanwhile, a large number of people also gathered at the scene. The anger among the protesters increased so much that they locked the District Collector Office. During this period, the district administration including District Collector Kalpana Aggarwal, SP Rajan Dushyant, ASP Vaibhav Sharma, ADM Om Prakash Saharan, SDM Brijesh Chaudhary, Tehsildar Ramdhan Gurjar and City Council Commissioner Dharampal Jat remained closed in the building for about two and a half hours. Former Parliamentary Secretary Ramswaroop Kasana also reached the dharna.

Kasana along with the protesters also reprimanded the police administrative officials at the gate. Later, on the explanation of DSP Rajendra Burrak and SHO Rajesh Sharma, the delegation of the complainants reached the auditorium of the Collector Office. During this period, former councilor Tara Putli, VK Naval Sharma, Advocate Ashok Saini, Advocate Hemant Sharma, Advocate Subhash Gurjar, Advocate Dinesh Sharma, Manish Rao, Satyam Surlia, Dilip Yadav, Chandrashekhar Sharma, District Councilor Representative Amichand Dhanka and other complainants also reached Uri.

The matter was resolved after the collector expressed regret.
Let us tell you that in the auditorium, ADM Omprakash Saharan, ASP Vaibhav Sharma, Commissioner Dharampal Jat and SDM Brijesh Chaudhary etc. heard the problems of the complainants in detail. Angry people said that the district administration has insulted the people of Kotputli by locking the people who came to give the memorandum in the room. Which cannot be tolerated under any circumstances. Police administrative officials called it a false conversation. He further said that the issues raised by the complainants have already been placed on the agenda of the meeting before the Chief Secretary.

Former Parliamentary Secretary Ramswaroop Kasana, former chairman Prakash Chand Saini and President of Bar Association Advocate. Uday Singh Tanwar and others said that the behavior of the district administration has been condemnable. District Collector Kalpana Aggarwal and Superintendent of Police Rajan Dushyant were also present in the meeting, who heard the problems of all. However, the complainants said that they would present their memorandum to the Chief Secretary. When District Collector Aggarwal expressed grief over the whole incident, the matter automatically calmed down.
