A case has been registered against a 40 -year -old man in Navi Mumbai for sexually assaulting a woman and threatening her at gunpoint. The police gave this information on Tuesday. An official said that the Taloja police on Saturday lodged an FIR against the accused Kundan Netke under Section 75 (sexual harassment) and 351 (2) (criminal intimidation) against the accused Kundan Netke on the basis of the woman’s complaint.
What is the whole matter?
The woman has alleged that when she was going to the metro station on the afternoon of June 28, the accused stopped her on the way. The accused was familiar with the woman. According to the FIR, the accused told the woman that he is sitting in his car because he has to talk to the woman. He then demanded a physical relationship with the woman. When the woman refused, Netke allegedly took out the gun and threatened her. However, the woman managed to escape from there and reached the police. The police officer said that the case is being investigated and no arrests have been made yet.
Autorickshaw driver wrongly touched the woman
At the same time, let us tell you that another such case has come up in Navi Mumbai. A 30 -year -old autorickshaw driver has been arrested for sexual harassment with a woman walking on the way. Police on Monday arrested Rohit Gopal Gade, a resident of Vichumbe, Panvel, under Section 74 (attacking the woman’s dignity or using criminal force) and under Section 75 (sexual harassment) with the intention of hurting the dignity of the woman.
Threatened to attack with knife
The woman has alleged in her complaint that she was walking with a friend when she was hit by the autorickshaw driver, after which she got into an argument with the accused. The Gade then got down from the car and dragged the victim, touched her wrongly and threatened to attack with a knife.
