After the age of 50, his eyesight started deteriorating and he could not see anything.
The doctor told him that he had cataract and would have to undergo surgery. For which he was given glasses with immediate effect. But he met the yoga guru of Patanjali and started doing yoga. In just 2 years, he did not need glasses and his vision improved. Now he can see everything clearly without glasses.
Feeling young even in old age
Vijay Kumar Singh told Local 18 that he has been exercising continuously for the last 14 years. Many diseases that come with age, including eye problems, have been cured due to exercise. Even in old age, he feels like a youth.

Godda’s Patanjali Yoga Guru Nirmal Kesari told that there are two types of yoga in which there is Kapal Bhati and subtle Pranayama of the eyes. In this, both the hands have to be kept together in front of the eyes. After that, keep your eyes on both the thumbs. You have to rotate your hands from left to right 10 times and then again from right to left 10 times. This exercise is especially for the eyes. It removes eye problems.
