IND vs SL: India will try to whitewash Sri Lanka, will Gill get a chance? Know when the third T20 match will be played

IND vs SL: This is injustice... Riyan Parag got a place, Abhishek-Gaikwad were out, fans got angry at BCCI

New Delhi. Under the leadership of new coach Gautam Gambhir and captain Suryakumar Yadav, the Indian team will not be lax in any way and will take advantage of Sri Lanka’s weaknesses in the third and final T20 International cricket match to be held on Tuesday, July 30, to clean sweep the three-match series. India has already won the series by winning the first two matches, but its goal will be to continue its winning campaign. India won the rain-affected second match by seven wickets on Sunday.

India has performed well in every department of the game so far. The confidence of the Indian players is clearly visible in their strategy and skills and they never appeared under pressure. Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav scored 58 runs in the first match and 26 runs in the second. This is the reason why India was successful in scoring more than 200 runs in the first match. The third and last T20 match between India and Sri Lanka will start at 7:00 pm Indian time.

India had made a slight change in the batting order in the second match. It had included Sanju Samson in the team in place of injured vice-captain and opener Shubman Gill. It remains to be seen whether Gill is fit for the third match or not because when Samson got a chance after waiting for an hour due to rain, he was out without opening the account. In the second match, Pathum Nissanka (111 runs) and Kusal Perera (73) were able to score runs for Sri Lanka. But their biggest problem is not being able to perform well in the middle overs.

The two teams are as follows:

India Squad: Suryakumar Yadav (captain), Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Rinku Singh, Riyan Parag, Rishabh Pant (wicketkeeper), Sanju Samson (wicketkeeper), Hardik Pandya, Shivam Dubey, Axar Patel, Washington Sundar, Ravi Bishnoi, Arshdeep Singh, Khalil Ahmed, Mohammed Siraj

Sri Lanka Squad: Dinesh Chandimal, Avishka Fernando, Kusal Mendis (wicketkeeper), Pathum Nissanka, Kusal Perera, Charith Asalanka (captain), Wanindu Hasaranga, Kamindu Mendis, Dasun Shanaka, Chamindu Wickramasinghe, Binura Fernando, Asitha Fernando, Dilshan Madushanka, Mathisha Pathirana, Mahesh Theekshana, Dunith Velalage
