Gwalior: The international T20 cricket match between India and Bangladesh to be held on October 6 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh is in trouble. Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha has announced a protest against this match. The Mahasabha has raised its voice against the atrocities being committed on Hindus in Bangladesh and has demanded the cancellation of this match.
The office bearers of Hindu Mahasabha say that playing a cricket match on Indian soil with a country where Hindus are being persecuted is unacceptable. Mahasabha has written a letter in blood to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, appealing him to intervene in this matter. In the letter, it has been demanded that the India-Bangladesh cricket match series be cancelled immediately.
It is worth noting that Gwalior has got the opportunity to host an international T20 cricket match after 14 years. This match is to be played on 6 October at the newly built Shrimant Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Stadium located in Shankarpur of the city. The great Aryaman Scindia, son of Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, has confirmed this event, who had been trying to organize this match in Gwalior for a long time.
However, the Hindu Mahasabha has decided to protest against the arrival of the Bangladesh team. National Vice President of the Mahasabha, Dr. Jaiveer Bhardwaj said that this match should not take place in view of the atrocities being committed against Hindus in Bangladesh. He has warned that if the Bangladesh team is not stopped from playing, the Mahasabha will strongly oppose this match.
