Former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma seems to be changing her tone as soon as she is out of the party. Now Nupur Sharma has given clarification regarding her statement on Prophet Mohammad. She said that if someone’s feelings are hurt by her comments, she takes back her words. On the other hand, Naveen Jindal has reached the police for his safety.
What Nupur Sharma said – After being suspended from the party, Nupur Sharma tweeted and said – “I was going on TV debates for the last several days, where my adorable Shivji was being insulted every day. It was being said in front of me that Shivling is not a fountain. Shivling is found on every footpath of Delhi, go and worship it. In this way, I could not tolerate the insult of our Mahadev Shiva and I said some things in anger, if my words have hurt anyone’s religious sentiments, then I take back my words. It was never my intention to hurt anyone.”
Nupur Sharma further appealed that I request all the media houses and everyone else not to make my address public. The safety of my family is at risk.
What Naveen Jindal said – Apart from Nupur Sharma, another leader has been thrown out of the BJP by the BJP. The party has terminated Delhi BJP media head Naveen Jindal for his controversial statements. After this Naveen Jindal reached out to the police for help.
Naveen Jindal says that he and his family are getting death threats. That’s why he is pleading with the police for help. He tweeted and said- “I have a special request to all, please do not make my address public. Death threats are being given to me and my family on social media as well.
