India’s men’s and women’s teams are going to participate in the archery events. There are 3 men and 3 women in the Indian archery team. The men’s archery team is led by Tarundeep Rai and the women’s team is led by Deepika Kumari.
The first match of the Indian archery team in the Paris Olympics will be the Women’s Individual Ranking Round. There will be a total of 64 female archers in this competition. India’s Deepika Kumari, Bhajan Kaur and Ankita Bhagat are going to participate in this competition. This interesting archery competition will be held at 1 pm according to Indian time. At the same time, the Men’s Individual Ranking Round of Archery will be held at 5:45 pm. 64 archers will also participate in this. These include Tarundeep Rai, Praveen Jadhav and Dheeraj Bommadevara of India. After the ranking round of women and men archers, it will be decided what seeding the Indian teams get in individual and team events. The teams ranked first 4 in archery will go to the quarter finals. At the same time, the teams ranked 8th to 12th will compete against each other to go to the quarter finals.
