Indian Team Tour To South Africa: After the end of the T20 World Cup 2024, the Indian team will tour Zimbabwe in the month of July, and after that it will also play international series at home. Team India also has to go to Australia later this year where it has to play a 5-match Test series against the host team. At the same time, just before leaving for the tour of Australia in the month of November this year, the Indian team will tour South Africa along with playing a four-match T20 series. Cricket South Africa has announced the entire schedule for this series. In which the first match will be played on November 8 while the last will be played on November 15.
Indian team will play four T20 matches in these stadiums
In the schedule released by Cricket South Africa for the 4-match T20 series, the first match between the two teams will be played on November 8 at Kingsmead Stadium. After this, the second match will be played on November 10 at St. George’s Park. The last 2 matches of this T20 series will be played on November 13 and 15 at Super Sport Park and Wanderers Stadium. Immediately after this, the Indian team will play a 5-match Test series in Australia, in which some players of the team are expected to reach there in advance.
Before going to South Africa, Team India will play series against Bangladesh and New Zealand at home
BCCI also announced the domestic schedule of the Indian team on 20 June, in which Team India will first play a 2-match Test series against Bangladesh at home and after this a 3-match T20 series will be played between the two teams. The New Zealand team will also tour India in which it will play a 3-match Test series against the host team between October 16 and November 5, which is also a part of the third edition of the ICC World Test Championship. After the end of this series, the Indian team will leave for South Africa to play a 4-match T20 series.
