International Women’s Day 2022: Gwalior, Naiduniya Representative. District Police also innovated on International Women’s Day. Women police officers and constables handled the traffic arrangements at 15 major intersections of the city. The women police officers made the two wheeler drivers aware to wear helmets and to keep the citizens left turn free, to follow the signal. Along with this appealed citizens to apply masks to avoid corona infection. Along with this, pamphlets were also distributed for awareness. IG Anil Sharma and SSP honored the women police officers by presenting them flowers at the intersections and praised their work.
Arrangements handled at these intersections: Rajmata square, Phulbagh square, Gola ka temple square, Baradari square, Hazira square, KRG square, Madhonagar square, Inderganj square, Hujrat Kotwali, Padav square, Hanuman square, Naka Chandravadni square, Padma Vidyalaya square and Govindpuri square.
