The CBI is rapidly investigating the rape and murder case of a lady doctor in Kolkata. In this connection, the CBI questioned the former principal of RG Kar Hospital, Sandip Ghosh, for the third consecutive day. On Sunday, after about 13 and a half hours of questioning, Sandip Ghosh came out of the CBI office late at night. On the other hand, the brain of the main accused in this case, Sanjay Roy, was tested and his psychological test will be conducted once again on Monday.
In the Kolkata brutality case, West Bengal Governor CV Anand Bose has sought time to meet the Union Home Minister and Health Minister. On the other hand, protests are still going on in Kolkata today regarding the rape and murder case of the lady doctor. Union Minister and BJP MP Sukanto Majumdar has said that their agitation will continue until the lady doctor gets justice. Meanwhile, on the day of Raksha Bandhan, BJP Mahila Morcha has organized a Rakhi program on women’s safety. During this, they will also tie a Rakhi to the Governor.
