Is Shiva temple really in Ajmer Dargah? Then why the court deferred hearing, why the Hindu side got a shock

The legal dispute over Rajasthan’s historic Ajmer Sharif Dargah has taken a big turn. The Central Government objected to the petition of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti to declare the Dargah as a Hindu religious place, calling it a temple of Lord Shiva. This has shocked the Hindu party.

The Hindu side was shocked by the Center’s objection.
During the hearing in Ajmer District Court on Saturday, the Ministry of Minority Affairs of the Central Government filed an affidavit and questioned the stability of the petition. The ministry said that the application is not acceptable and it should be rejected due to technical flaws. Now the next hearing of this case has been scheduled on 31 May.

The Government of India was not made a side in this.
The Center in its reply said that the petition has not given the necessary legal basis. Apart from this, the Government of India has also not been made a side in it. Apart from this, the Hindi translation of the petition is also not clear and there is also contradiction in the English translation. Not only this, in the previous order, all the concerned parties were not given an opportunity for hearing. For all these reasons, the Ministry has recommended to cancel the application.

This petition was filed by Vishnu Gupta, president of the Hindu Army.
Hindu Army reply: Vishnu Gupta, president of the Hindu Army, who filed the petition, said that he would do a legal study of the objection of the Center and file a suitable reply in the court. He admitted that if there is any technical error, it will be rectified and released again.

The Muslim side expressed satisfaction.
At the same time, advocate Ashish Kumar Singh, an advocate involved in the case on behalf of the Muslim side, especially Khadim, said that this petition is baseless and insensitive. Welcoming this move of the Central Government, he described it as important in maintaining social harmony.
