How sleep affects your skin: Research has found that if you sleep deeply at night, it is the best time for the body to recover. In other words, if you use various skin care products for beautiful skin but do not sleep well, especially at night, then the speed of aging on the skin increases manifold and its texture also starts deteriorating.

How to give rest to the skin at night:

7 to 9 hours of sleep is necessary, Try to sleep for 7 to 9 hours every night. If this is not possible, then do this at least 3 nights a week.

Wash your face and sleep: Before sleeping, clean your skin thoroughly with the help of a mild cleanser. If your skin pores remain clogged while sleeping, the blood flow will not be better, which can cause skin damage.

Stay hydrated: It is important to keep the skin hydrated at night. For this, clean the face thoroughly and apply some heavy moisturizer or oil on the skin. If you want, apply any cream and apply petroleum jelly on it.

Sleep on your back: If you sleep on your side, then staying in this position for many hours can cause wrinkles on the face. Therefore, it would be better if you sleep on your back at night.

Soft Pillow Cover : If you sleep on your side, it would be better if you choose a skin-friendly pillow so that it causes minimum pressure or irritation on the skin. If you use satin, silk or copper oxide pillow case, then there will be minimum fine lines on the face.
