Until some time ago, weakening of memory was a sign of age. Now, weakening of memory is seen even at a young age. Excessive mental pressure on humans and stressful environment are the main reasons for this.
There have been so many changes in food habits that today’s children and youngsters do not like to eat nutritious food at all. Due to all these reasons, memory power is gradually decreasing. We can save our memory power by making some changes in our food habits.
Apple: Eating apple is considered good for brain nerves. Chew and eat apple 15 minutes before eating every day. Apple also relieves headache and improves memory power. Apart from this, apple also works to make the skin beautiful.
Almond : You can consume almonds soaked or without peeling them. In the morning, for breakfast, peel 5 grams of soaked almonds, grind 5 grams of sugar candy and fennel and drink it with lukewarm milk. Memory power and eyesight can be kept sharp by regular consumption. If you do not want to take it with milk, then you can grind all these things and take it with butter.
Sprouted wheat and pulses: Sprout pulses and wheat and eat them as salad before meals. To make them tasty, you can add cucumber, onion, tomato, boiled potato, salt and pepper as per taste and lemon juice to them.
Gooseberry : Consuming Indian gooseberry in every form is beneficial for Vitamin C. Being rich in Vitamin C, it increases immunity power in the body.
Fennel : Grind it coarsely and mix it with equal quantity of sugar candy to prepare the powder and store it in a bottle. Consume 1 spoon daily with milk or water.
Apart from these things, consumption of black pepper and walnuts is also beneficial. Try not to let stress dominate you in life. Take out time in the morning to walk on green grass and keep your mind calm. Meditate for peace of mind. Light exercise also helps in getting rid of stress.
