Conspiracy hatched in Dubai, took training in Georgia
Intelligence agency sources told that the Khalistan conspiracy was hatched by Amritpal Singh in Dubai. Dubai is a hub for ISI agents, where Amritpal Singh was offered a hefty sum of money in return for reviving militancy in Punjab. After this he was sent by ISI to Georgia for training before going back to India.
Amritpal Singh also has relations with SFJ
According to Hindustan Times report, Amritpal Singh also has links with SFJ. He also ran a campaign of his activity on social media, in which Khalistan supporter Gurpatwant Singh Pannun was identified as close to Amritpal Singh. Pannun has been declared a terrorist by the Government of India under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
Amritpal Singh was running a drug smuggling network in India
The agencies have come to know in the investigation that Amritpal Singh was running a drug smuggling network in India with the help of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. Not only this, he was collecting weapons bought from Pakistan in the de-addiction centers of Punjab. He came to India in September 2022 and since then drone infiltration has increased in India for cross border smuggling of drugs and weapons.

Mercedes car was gifted by drug dealer
This officer said that apart from this the names of some of his other people have also been revealed. In his group, people named Billa, Bilal and Rana have come to know, who work for drug smuggling across the border. It is said that the Mercedes car that Amritpal Singh uses to travel in Punjab was given to him by a drug dealer, Rawel Singh.
Weapons stocking up at de-addiction centers
An official has revealed that the de-addiction centers that Waris Punjab De claims to run have become bases for private militias. Amritpal Singh’s associates were inculcating radical ideas among the people here. “Weapons were being stocked in these de-addiction centres,” he said. Amritpal was procuring cheap antidotes of substandard quality to increase the drug dependence of the inmates at these centres.
According to agencies, the Anandpur Khalsa Fauj (AKF) created by him was siphoning off money in the name of Khalistan. His uncle Harjit Singh used to help in this embezzlement. As part of a conspiracy to revive militancy, Singh and his AKF were not only defying government orders on open display of weapons, but also actively misguiding the youth towards gun culture.
