Jaipur. A meeting of the Executive Committee of Jaipur Development Authority under the chairmanship of Jaipur Development Commissioner Anandi was held in the Manthan Auditorium of JDA. In this meeting, deliberations were approved on various agendas.
Tender was approved for the construction of missing/remaining roads in Zone-7 area of JDA Jaipur. This work rate will be on contract and roads of various sectors will be constructed in it.
In Zone-8, tender approval was made for construction and widening work of various sectors.
Tender was approved for renewal and renovation work of road cuts made by PHED in Swarn Vihar, Pearl Rigilia and Kesar Nagar under Zone-8.
The revised guidelines for the development of parks in the JDA region were approved.
Tender approval was given for traffic reform work on New Sanganer Road in Zone-8.
The proposal for the purchase of advisor was approved to prepare a detailed landscape project report for the Golden Jubilee Oxygen Park Vidyadhar Nagar, Jerota Park, Nevata Biodiversity Park, and Langarwas Anand One Park.
Tender approval was made for renovation work of major roads in Malviya Nagar assembly constituency in Zone-1 of JDA Jaipur.
Tender was approved for the construction of Bt roads in the recent colonies of Sector-G at PRN South Zone JDA.
Tender was approved for the work of providing and connecting the manhole for STP Sanjharia of various sizes in the jurisdiction of JDA, Jaipur and providing lateral sewer lines in sewerage zone-4.
Tender was approved for the construction work of 200 feet/100 feet sector road from Balawala, Lakhana Via Vatika in Zone-14 of JDA.
In Zone-8, approval of the proceeding details of the pre-bid meeting was approved for the construction of elevated road from Sanganer flyover to Choria Petrol Pump.
Approval was given to extend the prescribed horizon period of the current Master Development Plan-2025 to Jaipur city to the year 2025.
Zone-6 approved the missing links and the construction of roads of various sectors.
In the JDA area, the dialect documents were approved by TS/DGPS for survey work (rate contract) (2025-2026).
In JDA, for the simplification of all types of refunds up to Rs 10 lakh, it has been approved to provide powers of refund acceptance to the Director/Additional Commissioners for decentralization of financial powers. Refund work will be ensured soon with the said process. It is noteworthy that till now all the refund secretaries were done after the approval of JDA.
In the meeting, many important works were approved for the development of Jaipur city. Which will strengthen the infrastructure in the city and provide better facilities to the common people/citizens.
