Gumla. The body of 22 -year -old Suraj Oraon was found hanging on a tree on Friday in Ghaghra police station area under Gumla district of Jharkhand. Suraj was a resident of Dewaki village and was scheduled to get married on 11 May.
Some people saw the dead body hanging on the tree on Friday morning. As soon as the news was received, sensation spread in the village. Family members say that Suraj was very happy about his marriage. He cannot commit suicide. He has also denied someone about his rivalry.
After receiving the information, the police team of Ghaghra police station reached the spot and sent the body to Gumla Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The investigation of the case is going on.
It is being told that Suraj’s wedding card was distributed and preparations were going on for the procession going on May 11 at home. Many guests had arrived in the house. According to family members, on May 7, he purchased court-pants, shoes and other items. Suraj’s father Krishna Oraon told that the girl whom he was to be married used to talk to him on the phone. Then what was the reason that he committed suicide?
Another similar incident took place in Gumla district on Thursday. 21 -year -old Rohit Nayak, a resident of Phuletoli in Palkot police station area, hanged himself in his house. According to the police, a case related to the love affair has come up behind Rohit’s suicide.
He loved a young woman from the neighborhood village. He called the girl and said that if she does not marry her, she would commit suicide. Shortly after this, he hanged the house. Police sent his body to Gumla Sadar Hospital for postmortem on Friday.
