Under this scheme of Jio, you can choose the last 4 to 6 digits of your mobile number yourself. The first 4 digits are fixed by the Department of Telecommunications, due to which they cannot be changed. However, you can keep your birthday, marriage anniversary or any memorable day etc. in the last 6 digits.
This facility of Reliance Jio is for Postpaid Plus users. To choose a mobile number of your choice, you will have to pay Rs 499. After this, a SIM card will be delivered to you for free. Users can choose any plan of Postpaid Plus with this number.

- For this, users will have to visit My Jio app or the company’s official website.
- Web users should visit https://www.jio.com/selfcare/choice-number.
- After this, enter the existing mobile number, get OTP and verify it.
- Here a new page will appear where you can enter your preferred 4 to 6 digit name and pin code.
- After this, you will see the available phone numbers according to your preferred number and pin code.
- Choose any one of these and make the payment.
- Then you will get a new SIM card delivered to your home for free.

Smartphone users can open the MyJio app on their phones and tap on Choice Number and proceed. After this, enter your preferred 4 to 6 digits, name and pin code and choose one of the available numbers. After making the payment, the SIM of your preferred mobile number will be delivered at your home.
