A Delhi court on Friday sent Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) leader K. Kavitha to CBI custody till April 15 in the alleged Delhi Excise Policy scam case. The court has directed the CBI to allow the following things to be kept:
Home cooked food, rosary beads, dress, mattress, pillow, sheets and towels. Apart from this, the court K. Kavita has also been allowed to take 5 books inside the jail.

CBI arrested yesterday
Let us tell you that CBI has arrested K. Kavita (46) was arrested on Thursday from Tihar jail, where she was lodged following her arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case related to the alleged excise policy scam. The CBI, while seeking five-day custody of Kavita, told the court that she was not cooperating in the investigation and was evasive in giving answers.
