People like the taste of Kadhi a lot but Kadhi with Pakoras is something else. If the Pakoras in Kadhi are soft and melt in the mouth, then the taste of Kadhi increases further. However, some people complain that no matter what you do, Kadhi Pakoras turn out to be hard. In such a situation, today we are telling you how to make Kadhi Pakoras which are very soft and melt in the mouth. Know what trick you will have to adopt for this?

How to make Kadhi Pakora soft?

First step- First of all, take 3-4 tablespoons of gram flour in a bowl and add water little by little to it and prepare a thick batter of gram flour. Keep in mind that there should not be any lumps in the gram flour. Now beat this gram flour well with hands or with the help of an egg beater or with a spoon.

Second step- Gram flour pakoras will become fluffy and soft only when the gram flour mixture prepared for pakoras is whisked well. To check whether the gram flour has been whisked well or not, fill a bowl with water. Now check by adding a drop of gram flour in it.

Third step- If the gram flour starts floating on the water, then understand that the gram flour is ready for pakodas. If the gram flour settles down in the water or dissolves, then it needs to be beaten more. Do not make the gram flour too thin. This will not allow the gram flour pakodas to be made properly.

Fourth step- Salt should be added to the gram flour only after beating it. When you have beaten the gram flour well, add salt and some red chilli or green chilli to it. Now put a little oil in the pan. Kadhi pakoras are not dipped and fried.

Fifth step- Pour about 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and put small gram flour pakoras in it. You will see that the pakoras have doubled in size. Now flip them after frying them from one side.

Sixth step-Prepare all the gram flour pakoras in the same way. These pakoras will be very soft and will melt in your mouth. Serve them by adding them to the curry. After adding the pakoras, the curry must be cooked for about 15 minutes.

Seventh step- This will ensure that the curry reaches inside the pakoras and they will become absolutely soft. Once you make pakoras using this trick, you will never eat hard pakora curry again.
