A case of ruthless murder of 10 -year -old Vikram Kumar has come to light in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, which has exposed a big conspiracy and family feud. The police disclosed the murder, saying that the murder was done by Vikram’s aunt Ragini Devi (fictional name) and some members of the neighboring family. The complexity of the case is related to land dispute and love affair.
Conspiracy caused by love affair
It is being told that Ragini Devi had an illicit relationship with her brother -in -law. When Vikram’s father Sushil came to know about this, he called a panchayat and sent his brother -in -law to Delhi to remove it from Ragini. Due to this Ragini Devi became angry and started planning to take revenge on her husband’s family.
Land dispute gave a new temper
Sushil’s neighbor Prahlad Shah’s family was having a land dispute for nearly four years. Taking advantage of this dispute, Ragini Devi joined hands with Prahlada’s family and conspired to kill Vikram. This matter became a deep fight of land dispute with a love affair.
Carrying the conspiracy
On the day of the murder, Ragini seduced Vikram from the house and took him out with her. Together he also kept Hasiya (Feshut), which became a weapon of murder. Ragini was accompanied by Puniti Devi and her son Vidyapati Kumar. The trio took Vikram to a deserted place and strangled him and brutally murdered him.
Police action
The police, after taking rapid action after the incident, arrested Ragini Devi, Puniti Devi and Vidyapati Kumar near NH 77 near Gopalpur bus stand. Cash and blood -soaked sarees used in murder have also been seized by the police. All the accused have been sent to jail in judicial custody.
SP Rural’s statement
SP Rural Vidyasagar said that Prahlad Shah’s family members are also involved in the murder of Vikram Kumar. He said that Puniti Devi, Vidyapati Kumar and Ragini Devi together performed this sorrowful scandal. Vidyapati has admitted that he will also perform the last rites of the dead body. The police have recovered Hassia used in the murder, as well as blood stains on the sari which will be used as evidence.
