While talking to the team of Local 18, the dentist of this hospital, Dr. Sushil Kumar Dua, told that he completed his graduation from KGMC College, Lucknow. After that, he did his post graduation in pediatric dentistry and after that he worked in the army for 5 years on the post of Short Service Commissioner. After this, he has been treating people’s teeth for the last 45 years. Dentist Sushil Kumar told that to keep our teeth healthy, we should take care of our oral hygiene, which will reduce 80 to 90 percent of our dental problems.

These contain many types of enzymes and other essential elements, which keep the teeth clean and healthy in a natural way. Dentist Sushil Kumar further told lOCAL18 that to keep our teeth healthy, we should brush both in the morning and at night and after brushing at night, we should not eat anything except drinking water.

Don’t consume tobacco at all
The doctor said that if you want to keep your teeth healthy, then do not consume tobacco at all, because tobacco spoils our teeth and consuming tobacco can cause many problems in our teeth.
