New Delhi. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was given the facility of video consultation with senior doctors of AIIMS. During which he was assured that there was ‘no serious concern’ regarding his health. A Tihar Jail source told ‘Times Now’ that the issue of insulin was not raised even once in the conversation between Kejriwal or the doctors. Whereas all Aam Aadmi Party leaders are repeatedly raising the issue of not giving insulin to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is lodged in Tihar Jail, despite being suffering from diabetes. The source said that during the consultation that lasted for more than 40 minutes, Kejriwal was advised to continue taking the prescribed medicines.
According to the report of ‘Times Now’, an official said that ‘Tihar Jail administration had organized video counseling on the request of Sunita Kejriwal. Apart from senior experts of AIIMS, RMO Tihar and MO Tihar were present in it. A senior expert from AIIMS asked for information about CGM (glucose monitoring sensor) and food and medicines being taken by Kejriwal and was given complete records. Whereas in a press conference, Delhi Cabinet Minister and senior AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj reiterated that ‘a conspiracy is being hatched to harm Kejriwal in judicial custody.’
