Ranchi. Sunita Kejriwal, wife of jailed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, on Sunday accused the Central Government of conspiring to kill her husband inside Tihar Jail by not giving insulin to the diabetes patient Delhi Chief Minister. Speaking at the opposition’s mega rally in Ranchi, Jharkhand, Sunita Kejriwal said that the food of the Aam Aadmi Party chief is being monitored. They have also placed a camera on their food. Former IRS officer Sunita Kejriwal said that ‘Politics is a very dirty thing. There is a camera installed on his food.
Sunita Kejriwal said that ‘every morsel of her husband is being monitored… He is a diabetes patient and has been taking 50 units of insulin every day for the last 12 years. But they are not being given insulin in jail. They want to kill the CM of Delhi. They cannot understand the thoughts of Arvind Kejriwal. Targeting the ruling party BJP, he said that ‘they have put Arvind Kejriwal and Hemant Soren in jail. They have put him in jail without proving him guilty. This is dictatorship. What is my husband’s fault? Is it to provide good education, health facilities?
This statement of Sunita Kejriwal comes after AAP leader Atishi’s claim that ‘the ruling party BJP has conspired to kill the jailed Delhi Chief Minister. He said that his sugar level has increased by more than 300 for the last several days. Kejriwal is repeatedly asking for insulin. But Tihar Jail authorities are not even providing them insulin. However, Tihar sources have denied these allegations.
At the same time, the central investigation agency ED has told the court that the Delhi Chief Minister was deliberately eating large quantities of food and sweets so that the sugar level in his blood increases. These allegations gave rise to controversy. Kejriwal’s lawyer accused the ED of making such a statement to attract media attention. Today the opposition organized a mega rally in Ranchi. In which leaders of at least 14 political parties including Congress’s Mallikarjun Kharge, RJD’s Lalu Prasad, SP’s Akhilesh Yadav were present.
