New Delhi. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Saturday made a big claim about the health of party chief Kejriwal. The party has claimed that CM Arvind Kejriwal’s weight is continuously decreasing. After his arrest on March 21, till Saturday, June 22, the CM’s weight has dropped by a total of 8 kg, which is extremely worrying. In fact, when CM Kejriwal was arrested on March 21, his weight was 70 kg and when he went back to judicial custody on June 2, his weight had come down to 63.5 kg. On Saturday, June 22, CM Kejriwal’s weight has further come down to 62 kg.
AAP claims that the doctors of Max Hospital had advised several tests to be conducted in view of Kejriwal’s decreasing weight, for which CM Kejriwal had demanded extension of interim bail by 7 days, but the board has so far conducted only some blood related tests. Heart and cancer related tests have not been conducted yet, while the doctors of Max Hospital had described the continuous weight loss as very serious and had advised several important tests.
AAP claimed that when the CM was weighed on Saturday, it was found that his weight is continuously falling. On Saturday, June 22, CM Kejriwal weighed 62 kg, whereas when Arvind Kejriwal was arrested on March 21, 2024, his weight was 70 kg. After the interim bail period ended, when he went back to judicial custody on June 2, his weight had come down to 63.5 kg. In this way, his weight has dropped by a total of 8 kg in such a short time.
Aam Aadmi Party says that seeing the decreasing weight of CM Kejriwal, the AIIMS medical board has asked to include paratha and puri in his diet. Arvind Kejriwal’s health needs a thorough investigation. The party said on Saturday that the report of CM Arvind Kejriwal’s weight loss is extremely worrying.
