New Delhi. After all, how can we forget the Gujarat model which made a chief minister the prime minister. After all, how can we forget that Gujarat model, which spread the dimensions of the party in the whole country, which was limited to just a few states. After all, how can we forget that Gujarat model, due to which perhaps the Congress, which is included in the list of the oldest party of the country, has destroyed all the parameters of its plight. Today again the discussion of this Gujarat model has reached its peak in the political corridors. Ballads of praise are being read in the name of this Gujarat model. Leave BJP alone, sir. Teasing them would be meaningless here. Now, Surma of other parties are also following the Gujarat model. The heads of non-BJP ruled parties are also desperate to assimilate the Gujarat model in their state.
Now if you do not believe it, look at Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. He has nothing to do with BJP. But you will be surprised to know that his craze for the Gujarat model has reached such a height that he has sent two-member officers to Gujarat just because they came after studying the Gujarat model, so that it can be assimilated in the states like Kerala. Go. Now just tell me that when the heads of the states like Kerala seem so desperate to assimilate the Gujarat model, then how much will other states need it. You must know this very well. Well leave those things.
Coming to the issue and the issue is that just a few days ago there was a meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, in which the Gujarat model was discussed between the two. After the meeting, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan had directed the Chief Secretary to go to Gujarat and study the model and at the same time study the system under which the common man’s problems are solved after listening to them. Here let us tell you that the then Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani had started a dashboard for Gujarat’s e-governance in the year 2019. All the district level schemes are monitored under this dashboard. And if any person faces any problem in this direction, then efforts are made in the direction of resolving it.
Under this dashboard, the state government has been successful in resolving the problems of many people. In this way, the project implementation of the government and evaluation of the functioning of the departments can be done at the fingertips of the Chief Minister. The performance evaluation of each department is also done under this dashboard, so that it can be found that how much work has been done so far in the development of the state including the problems of the common people. On the other hand, after this move of the Vijayan government, the Congress of Kerala has got chilly. But one thing has become clear from this that the Gujarat model is still alive.
