india alliance meeting
After the election results, the India Alliance has got a total of 234 seats, which is not enough to form the government. Even though they have got less seats than the majority, the enthusiasm of the leaders of all the parties in the alliance seems to be doubled. After the results came out, an important meeting of the alliance was held on Wednesday, which was held at the residence of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. In the meeting, Congress President Kharge said that the INDIA Alliance welcomes all those political parties who have unwavering faith in the preamble of the Constitution of India, and are committed to its objectives of economic, social and political justice.
Kharge said that our alliance will not stake any claim to form the government at the moment. After the President invites the largest party to stake claim, India Block will monitor the situation and access it.
The mandate has rejected Modi
In the INDIA Block meeting, Mallikarjun Kharge said that the public opinion of the 18th Lok Sabha elections is directly against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The elections were fought on his name and face and the public has given a clear message to his leadership by not giving the BJP a majority. For Modi ji personally, this is not only a political defeat, but also a moral defeat. India Alliance is the voice of India – and this voice has clearly announced its decision. The people of the country have put their full strength in protecting democracy and the Constitution, and we will carry forward this resolution with full strength.
It was a fruitful meeting- Dipankar
After the alliance meeting, Dipankar Bhattacharya, general secretary of Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) Liberation, said, “It was a fruitful meeting. We adopted a resolution thanking the people for supporting our election campaign and said the mandate is completely against the BJP government.”
This is a mandate to protect the Constitution of India and against the inflation, unemployment and crony capitalism of the Modi government. India Alliance will continue to fight against the fascist rule of the BJP and Modi under the leadership of the alliance. We will take appropriate steps at the appropriate time to realize the people’s desire not to be ruled by the BJP government.
