A sensational incident has come to light in Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh, where a person strangled his wife to death after a minor dispute. After this, the accused dug a pit in the house and buried the body and kept sleeping on the same grave for three days. When he regretted, he tried to commit suicide by consuming poisonous substances. But by the time the police reached the spot, the accused had died.
According to the police, the accused has been identified as 45 -year -old Laxman, and his wife’s name was Rukmani. Both used to drink alcohol and often quarreled. It is feared that three days ago there was a fight between the two after drinking alcohol, due to which Laxman strangled his wife Rukmani to death. After this, he dug a pit in the house and buried the body. When the neighbors asked her, she told that Rukmani had gone to her maternal home.
Police said that when the accused regretted, he bought poisonous substances from the shop on Friday. After this, he told the neighborhoods that he had eaten poison. Neighbors immediately informed the police, but by then the accused had died. When the police removed the bed of the accused, his wife’s hand was seen peeping out of the soil. After this, the police removed the soil and recovered the body of Rukmani with fierce smell.
The police have sent both the bodies and sent it for postmortem. The accused Laxman and Rukmani had marriage relations earlier, and both of them already had children, but they did not live with them. The police is investigating the case intensively.
